Celebrating the second anniversary of its establishment, the Global CBPR Forum (Forum) announces the establishment of the Global CBPR and Global PRP Systems with the appointment of Accountability Agents and the publication of the System documents.  The publication of these documents sets the stage for Accountability Agents to start issuing Global CBPR and Global PRP certifications to interested organizations this summer.

The Forum has approved the following Accountability Agents to operate in these jurisdictions:

Accountability Agents are key partners in the Global CBPR and the Global PRP Systems. They will certify the data protection and privacy policies of interested organizations based on the Global CBPR Program Requirements and Intake Questionnaire and the Global PRP System Program Requirements and Intake Questionnaire which Accountability Agents will use to assess organizations seeking Global CBPR and Global PRP certifications. Interested organizations located in the above-mentioned jurisdictions can contact the relevant Accountability Agents for more information on the certifications.
